The "A" Team

The Sons of Thunder "A" team is a group of people passionate about the sport of paintball and also want to share that experience with those who are interested. We are a non-profit team looking to give people a safe environment to have fun. The "A" team is not for everyone. It is not just about paintball. We evaluate people on their passion for the sport, their ability to lead, follow, and of course their skill level. We also look at their ability to work with the team and our outreach. We practice together, hang out whenever possible and we try our best to get to know each member of the organization on the field but more importantly in our daily life's. We desire to be the best paintball team possible and have fun in the process. We want people willing to lead when their opportunity falls on them. We want people who are willing to stand for what is right. We want people who are looking to better themselves in life and on the paintball field. Do you have what it takes to be the best? The Requirements

Qualify

If you are interested in being on the "A" team, you need to be an elite Brigade member having above average paintball and tactical skills, and a wilingness to learn and adapt for the team. As a Brigade member looking to perfect your skill we should have you at the practices, training sessions, or games; where we could watch you play and determine if you are a good addition to the team. You also need to have the gear required to be a member of the "A" Team:

It is most important that you understand our goals as a team, what we fight for, and why we created this team of elite paintball players. And not only understand, but that you also support them.

It must also be said that there is no room for Rambo's, advanced players looking for a name, fame or money. You are welcome to play with our team but we will challenge your beliefs and core values. In doing so we hope you will become the best team player on the paintball field and off.

Time

Being a part of the "A" team requires a great deal of your time. We expect you to attend all of our games, practices, and training sessions. If your attendance for some of these expectations is not possible we can work with you but there are limitations. We also expect full attendance and participation to our few travel games we have each year, which are usually in Wisconsin.

Money

Being a part of the "A" team requires you to spend money varying on how you play paintball. You need to be willing to pay for your paint using habit and get to all the games. Also we charge a twenty five dollar yearly fee for only "A" team members. All of that yearly fee money is used to promote, host and create a better paintball experience for you on our field.
